oracle-pool-async

I have published an open-source Python package on PyPI for async-first Oracle connection pool management. It is built on top of python-oracledb in thin mode and provides seamless integration with modern frameworks such as FastAPI, thanks to its async/await support. It is the first member of the planned open-source package family (pyconfig-manager-v2, OracleQueryBuilder).
